This year’s Party at the Palace is taking guests on a tropical escape with an exciting new theme, Ticket to Paradise. On Friday, Aug. 21, from 6:30-10:00 p.m., guests will enjoy an evening of great food, live entertainment and fun, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Marland Mansion.
While this is not the Chamber’s major sponsorship and auction year, the Party at the Palace continues to deliver an unforgettable experience. Guests will enjoy Flavors of Ponca City, featuring delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres prepared by local restaurants, two drink tickets, live entertainment by M-Pyre, access to five incredible silent auctions and plenty of opportunities to capture memories at the Photo Booth by Kuhl Rentals Mann. General admission tickets are $100 and also include the opportunity to purchase an add-on “Ticket to Paradise” drawing ticket.
Only 75 “Ticket to Paradise” drawing tickets will be available for purchase for $100 each, giving participants the chance to win an incredible six-day, six-night stay in a luxurious private villa in Cabo, Mexico. The villa accommodates up to eight guests and features four bedrooms, a private pool, breathtaking views of the Baja Peninsula and personal concierge service to help plan every detail of the vacation. Valued at up to $14,000, it is truly the trip of a lifetime.
Guests looking to elevate their evening can reserve one of the event’s special seating options.
· VIP Cabana Tables, complete with round tables, tablecloths and chairs. These tables seat eight guests and are available for $1,000.
· VIP Beach Club Picnic Tables are available for $800 with the purchase of eight general admission tickets. These reserved city picnic tables are available while supplies last.
