The pavilion was created in memory of Stephanie Husen and in honor of all innocent victims. It stands as a testament to the community's commitment to creating beauty and meaning from loss, offering a quiet refuge where visitors can pause, reflect, and find solace.

Hosted by the Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce, the ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony will run from 1:00–1:15 PM.

The pavilion's thoughtful architecture complements Lake Ponca's natural setting, with its elegant stonework and open design creating an inviting atmosphere for contemplation.
